Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) I just reopened this to share how I got past the Logo (Hit ESC Key to enter setup) screen on my old HP Zbook. I went through all the recommended fixes but they did not work. I wound up pulling the memory modules and booting the computer without them.
Press the Windows Logo key + P, select a display, and then press Enter. Turn off the computer, and then connect the power cord. Press and hold the Windows key and the B key at the same time, and then press and hold the power button for 2 to 3 seconds.
If your HP laptop is stuck on the HP logo, it could be due to power issues, software glitches, faulty hardware, or BIOS error messages. You can fix the problem by performing a hard reset. Turn off the laptop. Disconnect the AC adapter and remove the battery as well as all other connected devices like USB drives, webcams, and printers. You can do this by pressing the Windows Logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B at the logo screen. This shortcut will prompt Windows into restarting the graphics driver. If this doesn't work for you, it's time to perform some HP hardware diagnostics tests. H6nP1t.
